Election season is upon us from now until November 2.
In conjunction with National Voter Registration Day next week, League of Women Voters of the Gunnison Valley will hold several public service Voter Information Outreach events around the valley next week.
LWVGV will provide ballot information, where to register and how to update voter registration, whether on-line or in person at a Gunnison County Voter Service and Polling Center (VSPC). LWVGV provides non-partisan voter information for all.
Voter Information locations are:
Gunnison Farmer's Market Saturday, Sept. 25 9:30 am to 1 pm
Crested Butte: Wednesday, Sept. 29 at Rumors Coffee & Teahouse, 10 am to noon
Gunnison Food Pantry Wednesday Sept. 29 - 1 to 3 & 5 to 7 pm on Sept. 29. Translator will be provided for 5 pm session.
It's time to check your registration & address online now to insure that you receive a Colorado mail ballot in October! To register or to update registrations, see govotecolorado.gov or the “Register Now” option under Vote411.org.
