The Supreme Court just upheld discriminatory voting policies in Arizona and did further damage to the already gutted Voting Rights Act. This decision could lead to more anti-voter laws across our country.
But this isn't the end of the road.
The League will continue our work to defend democracy and ensure the voices of voters are not silenced based on race, ethnicity, or language access.
Now more than ever, we need Congress to pass the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act and the For the People Act to repair the extreme damage to our freedom to vote.
